Z-Craft handles both commercial and residential roofing with professional excellence. Z-Craft has roofed personal homes in Silverthorne, large 70,000 square foot complexes and worked with businesses like Bank of America and King Soopers. Our history and experience with these unique, expansive projects shows why so many come to Z-Craft for their roofing needs.

Shingle

Shingle roofing consists of individual overlapping components, typically flat or wavy and rectangular in shape, laid in sequences often from the lower end of the roof up. Z-Craft offers varieties of Asphalt and Shake Shingles. Relatively light and easy to install, asphalt shingles are a good choice if you're looking for style at a budget price. They may last 30 years or more but can be vulnerable to high winds. Flat, Architectural (dimensional), and slate/wood simulated varieties offer a wide range of style. It's difficult to deny the aesthetic appeal of wood roofing. Shakes made from cedar, spruce, or treated pine may be especially appropriate for older homes and those based upon historical styles. Many are available pretreated for increased fire resistance.

Metal

Z-Craft's metal roofing generally falls into three categories: Corrugates, Standing Seam, and Metal Fascia. Often made of steel, aluminum, copper, and alloy strips, it comes in variety of shapes and textures. It's fire retardant and ultra-lightweight, about half the weight of asphalt. Which makes installation easier. Versatile and stable, corrugated panels have been used for commercial buildings, farms and homes for decades. More recently, it has become popular for interior finishes. Standing seam ribbed panels run from the roof ridge down to the eaves. Between the panels are raised seams connected by fasteners which are raised above the level of the roofing. Metal fascia offers aesthetic elegance and flexible design options and high sustainability.

Membrane

Z-Craft carries TPO, PVC and EPDM Membrane roofing systems. TPO roof membranes are made of co-polymerized rubber that allows flexibility in cold climates. TPO is known for having the benefits of EPDM and PVC systems, at a more economical cost. These membranes are Energy Star-rated, sun-friendly, white, and highly reflective, making them an excellent choice to lower energy costs. Z-Craft is an authorized supplier of such brand names as Versico, IB and GenFlex.
